KOSEI CHUZO KIGYO KUMIAI was established in Nagoya and began magnesium casting.
1964
KOSEI CHUZO KIGYO KUMIAI was changed to KOSEI ALUMINUM Co., Ltd.
1987
Established the Turn-Table (T/T) system of casting for flexibility
1990
Founded the Fukui Factory (An increase in production for wheel specialized factory)
1992
Founded the Yantai Kosei Aluminum Co., Ltd. (YKA) in Yantai, China as a General Casting Parts Factory
1996
Founded the Kosei Chankasem Co., (KCC) in Ayutthaya, Thailand
2003
Started the operation of Kosei Tooling Services Co., Ltd. (KTS) in Ayutthaya, Thailand
2004
Started the operation of Kosei Kunshan Aluminum (KAK) in Kunshan, China
2009
Start of commercial operation of Kosei Hokkaido (Kosei North Co., Ltd.) (KNCL)
2009
Changed name of Kosei Chankasem Co., Ltd. To Kosei Aluminum (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (KAT)

Merging of Kosei Aluminum (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (KAT) and Kosei Tooling Service Co., Ltd. (KTS)

Start of commercial operation of Kosei Minda Aluminum (KMA) in Chennai, India

Established Kosei North America Inc. (KNA) for marketing & logistics purpose in U.S.A.

Started the operation of Minda Kosei Aluminum (MKA-B) in Bawal, India

Kosei North America Inc. (KNA) moved to new site and warehouse to strengthen logistics &quality

Start operation of Minda Kosei Aluminum Gujarat (MKA-G) in Gujarat, India.

Kosei – a brand backed by more than 60 years of solid experience in aluminum casting since 1950. Kosei designs and manufacture OEM and aftermarket aluminum wheels, parts and components using the most advanced technology and innovative manufacturing processes.

Kosei wheels are designed using the most advance CAE design software, we are able to carefully analyze and design safe, lightweight and rigid wheels. Combined with our state of the manufacturing facility employing innovative methods such as Super Forming, Max Cooling and Kosei Friction Technology.
Our factories are located in Japan, Thailand, India and China.
